During application review, you were asked to provide all bids associated with this funding requests and you were unable to do so, specifically your initial response indicated Micro Integration provided a bid for cabling runs and cabling drops and ElectraLink provided a bid for cabling runs and cabling drops. None of these bids were provided, therefore, these FRNs are denied.||DR2:Applicants are required to carefully consider all bids received and select the most cost-effective service offering using price of the eligible goods and services as the primary factor. During the review, it was determined that the applicant failed to consider all bids received in its vendor evaluation process. Specifically ACI provided two options for cabling drops: Commscope and Panduit.
