MR1:Based on the applicant’s request, the One-time Eligible Cost of the FRN’s Product and Service Detail was changed from $12,800 to $8300.||MR2:The Service Start Date has been changed from 4.1.2017 to 7.1.2017. Although non-recurring installation charges may occur and be invoiced before 7/1 of the FY (i.e. installation of Category One non-recurring services may occur as early as January 1 under certain conditions and installation of Category Two non-recurring services can occur as early as April 1 prior to the July 1 start of the funding year), the FCC Form 471 must list 7/1 of the funding year as the SSD. If your FRN contains any non-recurring installation charges that occurred prior to July 1 of the funding year, those charges may still be eligible for E-rate reimbursement during the invoicing process if all other eligibility conditions are met. |
